Once your booking is confirmed through our scheduling platform, you'll receive a confirmation email with your lockbox access code and full entry instructions. The studio is self-access — no need to check in with anyone.

Every booking includes full access to our CYC infinity wall, complimentary props (clothing rack, stools, three arm chairs, coffee table, stainless steel C - Stand, changing area)

Yes — if the studio is available after your session, you can add extra time at A$75 per hour. Just reach out via email at canvas23.windsor@gmail.com or speak to a team member. Please note, extra time cannot be guaranteed if another booking follows yours.

A CYC (cyclorama) wall is a seamless curved wall that eliminates corners and creates a clean, continuous backdrop — perfect for photography, video, and content creation. Ours is finished in bright white. Please be mindful of scuffs and marks — a $250 repaint fee applies for wall damage.

Absolutely. The studio is your space for the duration of your booking. Bring your own lighting, cameras, tripods, and gear. Our equipment add-on is available if you need to supplement your setup.

Yes — street parking is available around the studio. Full parking details are included in your booking confirmation.

Yes — we offer private event hire for evenings and weekends. Our A$400 event hire rate covers the space for an evening session. For larger events or custom arrangements, please reach out via our contact page and we'll work something out. It’s perfect for workshops, speaking events, small gatherings. Includes a 1 hour bump in and 1 hour bump out.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking are eligible for a full credit to be used toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
